Welcome to the BioCarbonValue Final Seminar 26/11/2024!
The Final Seminar of the BioCarbonValue project provides the most recent research information of carbon materials produced from agricultural or food industry side-streams to replace fossil-based carbon in high-value applications such as energy storage systems, biocomposites and and water purification processes, including business and market perspective.

Participation in person at the venue as well online are possible. Plese note, that the number of seats is limited at the venue. We wish to have as many organisations participating to the event, so we recommend organisations to have one representative in person. The seats are booked according to the registration order.
The registered participants will receive the link to the live stream a day prior to the event via email.
The seminar will be recorded and and the recording will be shared to registered participants after the event.
The seminar participation is free of charge.

Venue information
The event will take place at Wanha Walimo, located in the city center of Lahti. The seminar is organised at Walimosali. The address is Vesijärvenkatu 25, 15140 Lahti. Coffee and lunch is served for the on site participants.
Arriving by public transportation: The railway and bus station, Lahden Matkakeskus, is located at 1,2 km walk from Walimo. Local bus schedules and routes are found from: https://lahti.digitransit.fi/. In front of the Matkakeskus you will also find a taxi stand.
Arriving by car: There are free of charge parking slots located in the inner yard of Walimo. More parking area is found from the parking hall of Shopping centre Kauppakeskus Syke located next to Walimo. Entrance to the parking hall from Sammonkatu. Use of the parking hall is chargeable after 2 hours parking.
